One use and seam ripped

I live in Michigan and we've been shut down since April. I ordered the bag in June and finally got out last night to use it. The seam immediately could not hold and ripped. Very disappointed. I had an old ebonite 2 ball bag that was 20 plus years old that still has no issues...I have contacted customer support and hopefully they will be able to take care of the situation.
